Fraudsters often create pages or websites that look like the official website of the bank, so do the transaction only after carefully identifying these websites to be genuine or fake.  As most of the work in the world and the world is becoming digital, people are also getting many benefits.  Fear of theft has been reduced due to not having more cash in hand.  But cases of online fraud have increased at the digital level.  Therefore, every person should know about his account as well as online payment so that no one can know your personal banking or payment details from you.

These methods will work for you.

Update KYC
Online fraudsters often contact innocent people as bank representatives and send them suspicious SMS or links from unknown IDs or mobile numbers asking them to complete or update No Your Customer.  Also, do not ask to block the account if you do not do so.  In these messages, when the customer clicks on the given link, the confidential information reaches the person.  So do not do this.  Complete the KYC directly by going to the bank.

Don't be tempted by SMS or third party links
Generally, Attractive SMS, links, scratch cards or various types of emails come from the third party in the form of offers.  These are a type of clone, which look exactly like the original apps. They attract us and demand our account details from us, they withdraw money from our account instead of making offers. To avoid such fraud, instead of clicking on a link, trust only the apps installed from the Playstore and do the transaction from there. Check their reviews here.

There should be a separate account for payment

Usually  the user uses his main account for payment, which is wrong.  In such a situation, there is a fear of going  into the wrong hands of your account details.  To avoid such fraud, create a separate account in addition to your main account.  Keep the money in it according to the need so that if its details go to anyone, then there is no loss.  If necessary, make a transaction from your main account.

Do not share the pin of UPI with anyone

We all use UPI (Unified Payment Interface) PIN for online payment in our daily routine. There is no need for a UPI PIN upon receiving the payment.  If the payer is asking you to click on a link or share a PIN, then be cautious.  Instead of receiving payment, you will lose your hefty amount. So do not share UPI PIN with anyone.

Do not share Personal details
Often, we get fake calls and messages from the bank or sometimes we also get messages from winning some sort of amount.  They ask us to share our account details.  Be alert in such a situation.  The bank never asks you for personal details like debit card number, CVV number (card verification value) or OTP (one time password).  People also share their account details, so the person who misuses it takes full money.  So do not share account details with anyone.
